3. Add your properties
4. Add your tenants 
5 Report the status of the rent each month.

1. Go to the Tenants page from the main menu.
2. Scroll down the page till you come to get started - click the link
3. Complete the form 
4. We'll reach out to your Landlord to get things started.

Can I go back in time to create a rental history for a tenant ?
Landlords: 
  • Yes, you are able to go back to the start of the lease to create a tenants rental history. Make sure to specify the start date on the form. This date needs to line up with the start of the lease date.
Tenants:
  • As a tenant you are able to go back as far as you like to establish your rental history. To get started complete this form - FORM
IS IT really free to establish a rental history
Yes, it is free to enter properties, add tenants and report on rent status each month. And will continue to be free for these services.

is there a search function where I can see a tenants rental history?
Yes there is, this function is currently undergoing some changes and should be up and running again in the near future.
IS THIS SITE REALLY LEGAL ?
Yes it is. We are a legal and licensed company. We are not a do not rent or blacklist site which is illegal in Canada. These sites tend to exist amongst Landlords on the down low and are not licensed.
IS THIS NOT A TENANT BLACKLIST SITE ?
​No, we are not a tenant blacklist site. These types of sites or groups are illegal. We are a legal and licensed reporting company that establishes rental histories.
